Nathan paulus
Lead Pastor

Nathan, his wife, Miranda and son, Micaiah moved to Wichita to start Radiant Church in November 2015. Nathan grew up in a Christian home and put his faith in Jesus at the age of 7. From that moment he felt the call of God in his life to tell as many people as possible about God’s love and Christ's sacrifice. 

Nathan has pursued that call in his life by working for various non-profit ministries, churches, and co-founding a ministry in Kenya, Africa. He loves God passionately and enjoys being with people, encouraging them to see their true identity in Christ and to understand the grace and forgiveness of God. 

He enjoys spending time with family, the great outdoors, a good cup of coffee, sports of all kinds but especially soccer, and loves the adventure of following Christ.

DONICE Hope
Radiant Kids Director

Donice was born and raised in Wichita, KS where she attended Southeast High School. She then furthered her education at Bethany College where she completed her bachelor's degree in Family and Youth Ministry.

Donice was raised in the church and was involved in many church activities including youth bible studies, the choir, the sacred dance team and much more. She knew at a young age that she wanted to work with children, and later realized "What better way to serve God than to use the gifts He gave her to bring other young people closer to Christ?"

Donice enjoys arts and crafts, playing sports (mainly soccer), cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Mattie Vance
Executive Assistant

Mattie grew up primarily in north central Kansas and attended Tabor College where she studied organizational communications. She moved to Wichita in the fall of 2014.

Mattie’s family introduced her to Christ and in high school she was involved in her church’s youth group activities and mission trips.  In 2016, she went on a short-term mission trip to Belize that further placed in her an interest in learning about other cultures.  She enjoys seeing the bond that believers seem to share even when they are from different parts of the country or world. She has a growing desire to be a part of community outreach projects that meet needs and share Christ’s love with the people here in Wichita.

Mattie enjoys coffee shops, hiking, road trips, and warm weather.
