Sermon Preparation

We can never be too careful, prayerful, or thorough in our preparation for a message. God has given us one of the greatest tasks on earth - declaring his gospel, his truth, and his word to the generations. Therefore, this is not a task we should enter into lightly, rather with diligence and great dependence upon the Holy Spirit.

Because we know that a pastor’s duties go far beyond preaching a message, and so many things demand your time, we have developed a few sermon preparation tools that can be done all in one setting or broken down in smaller portion that can be done throughout your week. Our prayer is that these tools will help you glean from God word, be changed by God word, and communicate God’s word in clear and powerful ways.
